Greetings fellow Chiropractors;
I am pleased to announce the latest version of E-Z Notes (V: 09.23) is ready to be downloaded. As always, please keep your suggestions coming, and I will continue to do my best to implement them as quickly as I can. Below is what to expect with this update:
1. The figure in “Posture” screen in “Regular Visit” and “Exam” will now change as you make your choices. This means, that if you indicate that a patient has a low right shoulder, the figure’s right shoulder will drop as a demonstration to the patient. This may be great for screenings!
2. Patient names coming from the “Kiosk” will now be timed stamped like they are in “Limbo”.
3. A few misspelling have been found and corrected.
4. Some knee options for “Kinesio Taping” have been added.
5. Work was done on “Complete re-exam” in an attempt to include the verbiage from the any test you added as well as to ensure that some of fields do not get drawn over other fields when more tests are added.
6. A button, “See Past DXs” has been added to the “DX” screens in case you would like to see a patient’s history of DXs before assigning a new one.
7. You can now access the 3 custom yellow buttons in “Alleviates the patient’s complaint” in “New Patient” through “Set Up” and “Edit New patient Settings”.
8. Work was done in an effort to help clean up any errors your staff may have done when entering in patient’s names with invalid characters inside your billing software when you are integrated.
9. The “Kiosk” computer will now have a button for numbers the patient’s can use if their password has numbers in it.
10. The images and quotes have been added to the “Kiosk” computer.
